Determination helps if your goal is to raise kids with integrity. Parenting is time-consuming and, at times, drains your energy.

This realisation often occurs for most parents once you're in the thick of it. Children can be emotionally draining and leave you feeling exhausted and feeling as if you're not able to cope at times.
