These Terms and Conditions (Terms) govern your use of this Site and for Ethical Foundations products and services and form a binding contractual agreement between you and us.

These Terms constitute the entire and only agreement between you and us and supersede all prior agreements, conduct, representations and understandings.
Products and services offered are intended for people aged 18 and over.

The following terminology applies to these Terms and Conditions, Privacy Statement and Disclaimer Notice and any or all Agreements: “Client”, “You” and “Your” refers to you, the person accessing this website and accepting the Company’s terms and conditions. “The Company”, “Ourselves”, “We”, and “Us” refer to our Company. “Party”, “Parties”, or “Us”, refers to both the Client and ourselves, or either the Client or ourselves.
All terms refer to the offer, acceptance and consideration of payment necessary to undertake the process of our assistance to the Client in the most appropriate manner, whether by formal meetings of a fixed duration or any other means, for the express purpose of meeting the Client’s needs in respect of provision of the Company’s stated services/products, by and subject to, prevailing English Law.
Any use of the above terminology or other words in the singular, plural, capitalisation and/or he/she or they are considered interchangeable and therefore refer to the same.
Acceptance of Terms
1. By accessing, downloading or using the products and services offered on our Site, whether or not you register as a member or purchase tickets to attend any of our events, you agree to be bound by these Terms, which you acknowledge that you have read and understood.
2. We may change all or part of these Terms at any time. If we do, the new terms and conditions will be posted on this Site. Your continued use of the Site will constitute your acceptance of any changes. If you object to any changes to the Terms, your only remedy is to contact us at info@ethicalfoundations.com.au and immediately discontinue your use of the products and/or services.

Nothing on this Site, or any of the content provided to you by us during our provision of the products and/ or services, purports to offer legal, medical, tax or other professional advice. Ethical Foundations provides support, guidance, and tools for setting goals, determining priorities, and achieving results, but any decision you make and the consequences that flow from such decisions are your sole responsibility. 6. You acknowledge and agree that Ethical Foundations and its representatives are not responsible for decisions you may make nor losses arising out of any business or personal decision made by you at any time.
Group Participation Disclaimer
1. Entry to our program and events is based on bringing positive energy and a contribution that is beneficial to the group.
2. The group is not designed for therapy or solving personal issues.
3. You are not allowed to record any content provided inside this event for any reason. Everything shared in all contexts in the group is under the presenter's copyright ownership.
4. You cannot pitch (including lead magnets, free consults, or any other offer) during any events or in the community. If you are caught pitching, you may be removed immediately.
5. If you have received an inappropriate message or noticed people not adhering to these requirements, please contact our support team.
The above are requirements to maintain your membership and invitations to the group activities. If you do not adhere to them, you may be asked to leave the group program without refunds.
Earning and Income Disclaimers
1. Ethical Foundations cannot and does not guarantee your ability to get results or earn any money with our ideas, information, tools, or strategies. You acknowledge that there is an inherent risk in any business enterprise or activity and agree there is no guarantee that you will earn any money due to your purchase of our products and/or services.
2. Any financial representations we make on the Site, in our videos, forums, or during the provision of our services are illustrative of concepts only and should not be considered promises for actual or future performance.
Payment
All major Credit/Debit Cards and direct debits are acceptable payment methods.
Our Terms are payment in full within thirty days.
All goods remain the property of the Company until paid for in full.
Monies that remain outstanding by the due date will incur late payment interest at 2% above the prevailing bank’s base rate on the outstanding balance until the balance is paid in full and final settlement.
We reserve the right to seek recovery of any monies remaining unpaid sixty days from the date of invoice via collection Agencies and/or through the Small Claims Court if the outstanding balance does not exceed $5000.
In such circumstances, you shall be liable for any and all additional administrative and/or court costs.
All bookings, transactions, and agreements entered into will cease with immediate effect until all outstanding monies are recovered in full.
Cancellation Policy
A minimum of 24 hours notice of cancellation is required. Notification, for instance, in person, via email, mobile phone, ‘text message’, or any other means, will be accepted subject to written confirmation. We reserve the right to levy a $50 charge to cover any subsequent administrative expenses.
Event Payment
For events where a nominal fee is charged for entry, you will be charged the total workshop price before the event.
Due to space limitations, you will be charged the full workshop price if you do not attend the event.
Termination of Agreements and Refunds Policy
The Client and ourselves have the right to terminate any Services Agreement for any reason, including the ending of services already underway. No refunds shall be offered where a Service is deemed to have begun and is underway for all intents and purposes.
Any monies that have been paid to us which constitute payment in respect of the provision of unused services, shall be refunded.
Privacy Statement
We are committed to protecting your privacy.
Authorized employees within the company on a need-to-know basis only use any information collected from individual customers.
We constantly review our systems and data to ensure the best possible service to our customers.
Parliament has created specific offences for unauthorised actions against computer systems and data.
We will investigate any such actions and prosecute and/or bring civil proceedings to recover damages against those responsible.
Confidentiality
Client records are regarded as confidential and will not be divulged to any third party other than supporting service providers unless legally required to do so by the appropriate authorities.
Clients have the right to request sight of and copies of any and all Client Records we keep, provided we are given reasonable notice of such a request.
Clients are requested to retain copies of any literature about the provision of our services. Where appropriate, we shall issue Clients with appropriate written information, handouts or copies of records as part of an agreed contract for the benefit of both parties.
We will not sell, share, or rent your personal information to any third party or use your e-mail address for unsolicited mail.
Any emails sent by this Company will only be in connection with the provision of agreed services and products.
Disclaimers
Exclusions and Limitations
The information on this website is provided on an “as is” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, this business:
